TANTRA INVOKING SHAKTI THROUGH SOUNDARYA LAHARI

 Innate to human existence is the desire to better ourselves and reach our goals – on an emotional, mental and physical level. However, we don’t always understand the barriers holding us back. Activating and harnessing our chakras, or internal energy vortexes, is a powerful means of achieving this understanding. This workshop enumerates the physical, mental and psychic construct of human beings through tools like yoganidra, meditation, visualization, recitation of sacred mantras and yoga, to help start a conscious practice to grow and realize oneself.

OBJECTIVE
This program is an introduction to basic chakras. It gives you a complete understanding of your inner and intellectual construct and how it manifests in your outer being. You will have the tools to work on your chakras. You will also be able to read the level of ascendance of your consciousness. This module is an advance module and there is a precursor to this program.
